Following a desire to network in property (without being 'sold' to at every turn) Sue and Adam Lawrence co-founded Partners In Property in 2017.
Now an established UK wide property network Sue is actively involved as General Manager of the PIP network and continues to work to realise her vision.
Genie Homes is a specialist property management agency based in Birmingham. Sue is one of the three founding directors and owner of Genie Homes.
Genie Homes works with landlords and tenants alike and provides a high level of service to both. Genie Homes are experts and specialists in the creation and management of HMO's

Sue has teamed up with Adam Lawrence and Rod Turner to deliver a week long fully immersive property retreat, where delegates work with the team to design and structure their property business for the next year.
